Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your crystal it must be returned within the first 30 days of delivery in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Print your email receipt and include it with the return. After we inspect the crystal and approve the return you will receive a full refund minus the 20% designers fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the country. We cannot ship to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping options you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Exchanges

If there is something wrong with the crystal send us a explanation of what the problem is and send us pictures of the crystal against a dark background. We will take a look at it and if there's something wrong we will remake the crystal. You will need to ship the old crystal back to us. 

 

Damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the crystal. Send us pictures of how it arrived in the box, the crystal, packaging, and wrapping. We will contact the shipping provider about what happened and replacing the crystal.

 

Cancellations

Contact us a soon as possible at info@3DCrystalMe.com We can give you a full refund if your order has not been processed. If it has been processed you will be refunded the full amount minus our 20% designers fee.
